I have started a new series for the Vivid fine art images that will be called "Trinity". Unlike the current limited edition series(which are in a series of 500 per image available in numerous sizes), all photos in the Trinity series will only be printed 3 times per image and they will only be available on a LED back lit image frame in 3-4 sizes. Recently i took a day trip to the Hoover Dam while i had family in town. In one of the shots you can see the construction of the new bridge that will go over the canyon to get rid of the overwhelming traffic on the actual dam.

While touring the country this past year for nightlife events, i had a chance to spend some extra time in San Francisco so i decided to do the "tourist thing" and travel around the city. The biggest thing i was able to do was take the evening tour of Alcatraz Island - absolutely one of the most interesting places i have been to in all my travels(2nd to Area 51) - well worth it if you ever have the chance. Event :: Above and Beyond @ Godskitchen - Hard Rock Hotel - Las Vegas, NV - 2/26/09

Absolutely the most people i have ever seen in Body English nightclub here in Las Vegas. Above and Beyond featuring Jaytech and an opening set by Jordan Stevens was the perfect line up for one of the most exciting EDM nights i have ever seen for a Godskitchen event, never mind Las Vegas all together.

An insane night at Body English this past Wednesday inside the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. Godskitchen brought in dj/producer Steve Angello for a extremely hi energy dj set that Las Vegas hasn't seen in a very long time.

Event:: 2/11/09 - Matt Darey and Jes Brieden @ Godskitchen - Las Vegas, NV

Matt Darey:: Matt has been one of the pioneers of today’s dance scene being a major influence on today’s world class DJ’s. Throughout his 17 year career of producing & writing house, trance, breaks and progressive and much more he has sold well over 2 million albums & singles with numerous top 10 & top 20 chart hits. His Nocturnal radio show is the worlds fastest expanding multi genre dance radio show now broadcast on 116 FM stations worldwide. In recent years Matt has been playing his unique “Nocturnal” blend of many styles including electro, progressive, tech, trance and occasional house & breaks. Matt’s new project is an album by his rocktronica band alias `Urban Astronauts` which fuses rock influences with EDM and will be released in 2008... Matt Darey started his musical career back in 1992 when he released his own independent record and soon after signed his first major album deal with Warner Bro’s and Sire Records in NYC. Jes Brieden:: Trance vocalist Jes (born Jes Brieden) had her first dancefloor hit in 2003 when she sang lead on Motorcycle's "As the Rush Comes," released by the Positiva label. In 2006 her appearance on the Deepsky single "Ghost" helped propel the single up the dance charts, then a popular bootleg remix called "Ghost in My Heart" appeared mashing the cut with Ethan's "In My Heart." Signed to Ultra as a solo artist, Jes released her debut album, Disconnect, through the label in 2007. It was followed a year later with a set of remixes called Into the Dawn: The Hits Disconnected. Photo Shoot :: Dj Roonie G - Las Vegas, NV

Recently Roonie G had me to some press work for some upcoming events and publications.

A DJ with 25 years of expertise and over 300 dance and hip-hop remixes under his belt, ROONIE never ceases to amaze. He started remixing for Ultimix in 1989 and produced the first Funkymix Medleys in 1990. Step into Jet at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Mixx at The Borgata in Atlantic City, Saddle Ranch at Universal’s City Walk in Los Angeles – or any of the other urban hotspots where ROONIE holds a residency – and patrons walk into a room where all of the senses are heightened. To behold ROONIE on any given night is to witness him deftly mashing-up audiovisual content hundreds of times during his two-hour set. Cameras and eyes are often fixated on him. For ROONIE, every split-second is spent cutting back-and-forth between tracks, mixing-in new video sources, creating custom-graphics on-the-fly and generally causing dancefloor mayhem. ROONIE’s live video-mixing is always a jaw-dropping spectacle.

New Fine Art Series: Light Painting

The past couple of months have been absolutely insane crazy!!

April was another exciting month - For all you Djs out their, Promo Only Magazine had me do and article with them about the "Image of a Dj". The cover of the magazine features Randy Boyer, with the center spread of Randy Boyer, Kristina Sky, Dj Roonie G, Dj 2nd Nature, Dj Tekneek, Dj Joe Pic and Dj Knowledge.

Also for April, I would like to thank you all for you support, my web site has gone through the roof this past month.

March was a great experience, i was in Miami for ten days for Winter Music Conference and had a blast! I was tired beyond belief, but it was all worth it....photos from all the events are on mikeymcnulty.com. Also, I was published in the March Dj Times with a pic of Tommy Lee and Dj Aero and Again in Club World Magazine with picks of TL/Aero and Jet Nightclub in Las Vegas.

Back from the West Coast

Well as some of you may know, this past week i was out in Vegas for the Bar and Nightclub Convention, along with a short tour with Roonie G at Jet and The Saddle Ranch in Universal Studios. The pics from these events are all posted in my event galleries on my site so you can see what these places are like. Also, my apologies to all the events I shot local this weekend in CT, if you saw me at all, you could probably tell i was a little tired from the week in Vegas.

Pr Shoot w/ Dj Knowledge

Yesterday was definitely one of the colder days to do a pr shoot in downtown Hartford, but hey, i can wear a coat and hat, felt a little bad for Knowledge though, you can see his ears get progressively redder throughout the shoot!! Just found out that this was published in Dj Mag this month for one of their Vj polls. This is 2nd Nature dj'ing at the Pioneer both at the Dj Times Expo in Atlantic City(2007).
